Mini Art Quilt Workshop

Last Saturday I delivered my Mini Art Quilt workshop at Just Quilting in Killingworth to an enthusiastic group of quilters.  Today I delivered the class again to a different group.  I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching adults again after such a long time.  We have had two fantastic workshops with some brilliant results.  Most students were a little apprehensive at the beginning of the workshop a they were introduced to free machine quilting and free machine embroidery and taken out of their comfort zones with my creative approach as opposed to a measured and structured workshop that is frequently associated with quilting.  After a bit of practice and encouragement the final products were amazing and everyone produced something unique.  Here are a selection of images taken over the two days.

A massive thanks to Carol for hosting these workshops and I am looking forward to teaching some more over the next few weeks.  For more information contact me.
